젊고 유능한 인재의 농업분야 진출을 촉진하는 선순환 체계를 구축하고 농가 경영주의 고령화 추세 완화 등 농업 인력구조 개선
Program Description
최장 3년간 독립경영 연차에 따른 월별 지원금(바우처) 지급
- 독립경영 1년차(월 110만원), 독립경영 2년차(월 100만원), 독립경영 3년차(월 90만원)
Eligibility Criteria
만 18세 이상 만 40세 미만으로 독립경영 3년 이하의 청년농업인
