Our Inspiration
With nearly 500 programs managed through more than 100 agencies, founders must navigate a complex array of funding eligibility criteria, sequencing requirements, and stacking permissions. Applying in the wrong order or mis-timing a single step can significantly reduce funding amounts or cause disqualification entirely. As a result, many founders hire expensive third-party intermediaries or dedicate entire internal teams to managing their funding roadmaps.
We’re four founders experiencing the roadblocks and pain points firsthand. We’re going through this process without local networks, consultants, or a clear roadmap. Although we know the information exists, finding, verifying, and applying it correctly takes far longer than it should. That’s why we’re building Launch Sesame: to give the next founder a clearer starting point in Korea.
