Eligibility Criteria

Prospective entrepreneurs and startups founded within 7 years in the province
* New industry sectors: less than 10 years

Operating as a public accelerator and TIPS operator with specialized expertise in startup development, including direct investment and investment linkage targeting promising startups in the province, open innovation between startups and large/mid-sized companies, and global market entry support
