SMEs with professional qualifications or technology/knowledge expertise with business history of 7 years or less*
* However, companies operating in emerging industry sectors are also eligible if they are SMEs within 10 years of establishment

Preferential guarantee ratio and guarantee fee rate (Preferential period 3-5 years)
