Eligibility Criteria

Small and medium enterprises within 7 years of establishment* with a full-time employee growth rate at or above a certain threshold or average headcount at or above a certain level
* However, enterprises operating in new industry sectors are eligible if they are within 10 years of establishment

Preferential guarantee ratio and guarantee rate (preferential period 5 years)

Employment Promotion Startup Guarantee	(Guarantee Ratio) 95%, (Guarantee Rate) 0.3%p reduction
Employment Stability Startup Guarantee	(Guarantee Ratio) 90%, (Guarantee Rate) 0.2%p reduction
