Eligibility Criteria

Small and medium enterprises within 7 years* of founding that are headquartered outside the Seoul Metropolitan Area (Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, Incheon) and operate in regional key (cooperative) industries
* However, enterprises in new industry sectors are eligible if they are within 10 years of founding

Preferential guarantee ratio and guarantee fee rate (5-year preference period)

Regional Vitality Startup Guarantee	(Guarantee Ratio) 90%, (Guarantee Fee Rate) 0.2%p reduction
