Startup companies as defined under the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Creation Support Act
* Within 10 years of business operation in emerging industry fields (varies by track)
Connects demand companies (large enterprises, mid-size companies, public institutions, etc.) with innovative startups and supports startup growth (Scale-up) by promoting collaborative commercialization
