Introduction

To create a challenging startup ecosystem through smooth re-entrepreneurship, we provide re-startup loans to entrepreneurs with sincere business failures.

Program Description

Loan Term: (Facility) Up to 10 years (including grace period of up to 4 years) (Working Capital) Up to 6 years (including grace period of up to 3 years)
Loan Limit: (Facility) Up to 6 billion won on outstanding balance (up to 7 billion won in regional areas) (Working Capital) Up to 500 million won per year
Loan Interest Rate: Policy fund base rate (Q4 2025: 3.14%)

Eligibility Criteria

Prospective re-entrepreneurs and re-startup companies with less than 7 years of business history

To create a smooth environment for re-entrepreneurship, we provide policy financing to entrepreneurs re-entering the market who are avoided by private financial institutions, and establish a startup ecosystem that connects business closure with re-entrepreneurial challenges.
