Credit card issuance support with a maximum usage limit of 10,000,000 won through regional guarantee institutions for small business operators who have difficulty accessing commercial banks

Credit card issuance support with a maximum usage limit of 10,000,000 won*
* Benefits: Annual fee waived, interest-free installments for up to 6 months, 3% cashback on usage amount in the first year (maximum 100,000 won), maximum 60,000 won cashback in years 2-5

Eligibility Criteria
Eligible for support when all of the following conditions are met:
- Companies with NCB scores between 595 and 964
- Companies with business history of 6 months or more
- Companies with sales of 2,000,000 won or more in the recent 2 months, or sales of 12,000,000 won or more in 2025
- Small business operators
Supports short-term operating capital with high usage limits for small business operators who have difficulty securing funds through loans from commercial banks, providing cash liquidity support
