Startup Incubation Center Tenant Company Rent Support Program
Introduction
To provide startup space and reduce startup costs for (prospective) startups with excellent technical capabilities, we offer Startup Incubation Center rent support
Program Description
50% of annual rent for incubation facilities of startup companies located in Yangsan City Startup Incubation Centers
- Excluding management fees and VAT; maximum 2,500 thousand won per company annually with support provided for up to 3 years
- If using 2 or more incubation facilities, support provided for 1 incubation facility
Eligibility Criteria
Startups that moved into one of the 2 Startup Incubation Centers in Yangsan on or after January 1, 2023
Companies execute expenses first with own funds, then apply for subsidies (rent) by submitting supporting documents
