Pre-founders and startups within 3 years of founding aged 39 or under who wish to start a business in the traditional culture industry* field
* As defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph (a) of the "Framework Act on the Promotion of the Culture Industry": an industry involving the production and distribution of products utilizing traditional materials and techniques, including industries related to clothing, sculptures, decorative items, accessories, and daily necessities

Dedicated accelerator matching support by company for professional incubation; for early-stage startups, support for up to 3 years through performance evaluation
