Program Description

Eligibility Criteria

Manufacturing enterprises or promising startups within 7 years of establishment* whose representative is either young or mid-career
* However, small and medium-sized enterprises in new industry sectors that are within 10 years of establishment are also eligible for support
** Startup enterprises that fall under any one of the following categories

Category	Definition
Regional Growth Type	Startups engaged in regional flagship (cooperative) industries
Employment Expansion Type	Startups with regular employee employment growth rate at or above a certain percentage or average personnel at or above a certain number
Professional and Technical Type	Startups possessing professional qualifications or technology and knowledge

Preferential guarantee ratio and guarantee rate (Preferential period: 5 years)

Young Hope Dream Guarantee	(Guarantee ratio) 95%, (Guarantee rate) 0.3% fixed guarantee rate
New Mid-Career Happy Dream Guarantee	(Guarantee ratio) 95%, (Guarantee rate) 0.3%p reduction
