Overview

The OASIS1 program is a tailored training course designed to help international students obtain a startup visa and successfully start a business in Korea. It provides systematic education on the basics of intellectual property application, as well as the laws and social knowledge necessary for residing in Korea.

The program covers practical topics ranging from orientation and immigration laws to understanding Korean society, intellectual property systems, invention and problem-solving, idea presentation, and hands-on practice.

3.14	14:00 - 16:00 (120 min)	Idea Sharing and Presentation (Workshop)
3.14	16:00 - 18:00 (120 min)	Invention Disclosure and Drawing (Workshop)
		Survey & Completion Ceremony

Through this course, participants will enhance their intellectual property application skills and gain a deeper understanding of Korean society and legal procedures, laying a solid foundation for their entrepreneurial journey.

Each session runs for 50 minutes with a 10-minute break.
Completion is recognized with at least 80% attendance.
Tardiness and early departures are checked in 30-minute units and deducted from participation time.
The schedule is subject to change depending on the circumstances.
Applicants are required to complete a phone interview prior to application confirmation.
The program will be opened if there are at least 15 applicants.
Participants who fail to complete the course due to absence, withdrawal, or expulsion will be restricted from all programs for 6 months after the end date.
Exceptions apply with proof of unavoidable reasons (e.g., illness or accident).
