SeoulGlobalCenter offers the Intellectual Property Basic Course for foreign entrepreneurs who wish to start a technology-based startup in Korea. Applications are now open for OASIS-1 — join us!

Application & Schedule

✅ A business plan must be submitted(check attached file)
- You can submit “Company Profile/Portfolio”(e.g. Product/service introduction, etc.) (Optional)
✅ This course is conducted in English
✅ Program is total of 20 hours, and a minimum attendance of 80%(16h), is strictly required for completion.
✅ If you're unable to attend the full 20 hours, you must discuss it with the program manager in advance, as it may affect the selection as a participant.
✅ Selected participants will be notified individually after the application period ends. (Priority will be given to those who submit a detailed business plan)
✅ If absent after selected as OASIS-2 participant, future participation in Seoul Global Center's education and programs may be restricted.
Note
- Only final selected participants will be eligible to attend the course. Submission of application does not guarantee participation in the program. Selected participants will be notified separately once the application period ends.
- The application period may close early or be extended depending on circumstances.
- If the application is not completed by the applicant themselves, or if the business plan is submitted by a third party, participation in the course will not be allowed.
