OASIS-8 program will provide assistance in preparation procedures and administrative support for Company Establishment to obtain the Tech Startup Visa (D-8-4).
👉 Support for Incorporation
- Legal consultation during the corporate establishment stage
- Assistance with the preparation and submission of incorporation documents
👉 Support for Business Registration (Tax Registration)
- Guidance on selecting appropriate business registration categories
- Assistance with the preparation of business registration documents
👉 Support for Patent Application Process
- Guidance and support for preparing patent application specifications, etc.
- Assistance with patent application submission procedures
👉 Support for Obtaining Technological Startup Visa
- Assistance with preparing and submitting application documents for Technological Startup Visa
- Application Period: Ongoing from March 13th onwards to December (year round)
- Eligible Applicants: Foreign (prospective) tech entrepreneurs who have completed or are currently participating in the OASIS program and need assistance in establishing a tech corporation in Korea. (Priority is given to applicants with more than 45 OASIS points)
